After years of living la dolce vita in Italy and traveling throughout Europe, we were forever changed. We fell in love with the slow pace of life, the attention to quality, the sense of history. We fell in love with sipping wine at a sidewalk café while stylish women in stilettos bicycled past… with shopping outdoor markets on cobblestoned streets while cathedral bells rang… with the pride the vendors take in selecting something as simple as a piece of fruit… with a life well lived… an unhurried life filled with beauty and history and style. And so Via Montebello was founded.
We have created a company to bring you the best of Europe. All of our merchandise has lived in the European scene for a portion of its life. We do not sell reproductions. From the softest hand loomed cashmere to hand painted ceramics to eighteenth century French cooking jugs, you are sure to find perfection for your home, your friends and yourself.
